Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Willis: Page 2, line 17, following "Senate": Insert ". At least one of these appointed members shall be a representative of a recognized veterans or fraternal organization" Page 2, line 18, following "Representatives": Insert ". At least one of these appointed members shall be a representative of a recognized veterans or fraternal organization" Representative Willis moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative MacLean objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to:
